How to READ the above Graphical Representation Of Your Bonus Tree

1.	All the above boxes represents Qualified Managers (maintained monthly CPS & CPGS).
2.	Qualified Managers includes the non-Qualified managers “roll-down”.
3.	Your legs could be split due to 1st level managers NOT active.
4.	The blue boxes on the left represents the maximum level of overriding that you may have based on your Position.
5.	Legend For Blue Boxes: MB = Manager Bonus. Level = Level of Overriding. % = % of Overriding at that level.
6.	All the EMPTY levels should be your TARGET network structure to develop so as to MAXIMIZE your bonuses. 
7.	Maximize your bonuses by developing the non-leadership leg.
